About this job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will also oversee the hiring and training of sales staff, monitor sales performance, and identify opportunities for expansion into new markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful sales leader, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
